How we think about accuracy
Math lives in shared libraries (not one-off page scripts) so estimates stay consistent. Tax years and brackets are updated when official figures change. Models are still simplified: we call out what is left out (state tax, fees, inflation, lender rules, and similar).
Privacy by default
We do not require an account. Calculator inputs are not uploaded to our servers as part of this static site. See the Privacy Policy for details.
